Big Data Top Players
As the amount of data today is growing steadily – now measured in zettabytes… 1.8 zettabytes of information in 2011, to be exact – analyzing such amount of data will determine your business’ ability to compete in today’s tough business competition.
In order to analyze your large data sets – now popularly known as big data – you need top-notch technologies, including cloud computing technologies. Indeed, big data and cloud computing are like a match made in heaven; cloud platforms – along with distributed file systems, massively parallel processing databases (MPP databases) and other technologies – will be utilized to handle big data.
